Brevard Academy on Broadway

The Brevard Academy Talent Show, Brevard Academy on Broadway, will be held on Thursday, April 4th at 6:00.  There are performers from Kindergarten to 8th grade performing a variety of talents. Admission is $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for children. Come on out and see some amazingly talented students!! The Brevard Academy Travel Band will be selling concessions before the show and during intermission. Bring your family and friends for an entertaining evening on Thursday night.

Kids Eat Free at Quixote

The first Tuesday of each month, kids eat free if they wear their BA uniform and have a paying adult, limit two free meals/family.  Learn about our lunch service provider and meet other BA families.  Quixote is located at 43 South Broad Street.

Family Code Night is a Brevard Academy event at which kids grades 3-5 and their parents do their first hour of computer programming – together!  At this special evening of learning and fun, you will play in adult-child teams to complete fun® puzzles and challenges at your own pace, and learn core concepts in coding in this very first hour.

We will start promptly at 5:30 pm in the gymnasium. The program is free, but space is limited, so please rsvp by Friday, March 29th!  You will be coding with your kids in no time!

To sign up: please email Mrs. Speciale at with the subject line “Family Code Night.”

Hendersonville Director Talk

Did you know we serve over 100 students from Henderson County? I will be at the Henderson County Public Library on April 4 from 10:30 am-12:00 pm discussing our recent and upcoming improvements.  Bring a friend to learn about Brevard Academy and receive a $10.00 uniform voucher.

Excellence in Education March Challenge

March is Women’s History Month.  I challenge all Bulldogs to engage in a task that will enhance their understanding of Women’s History.  Read a book, visit a museum, or see a movie specifically geared towards Women’s History and you can earn a dress down pass.  Complete details are on my webpage.
